1. About these terms
These are proposed terms for the Superup marketplace app and its information website, operated by Luma Chrisparr Ngale Jomia, Bonduma Gate, Buea, South West Region, Cameroon. They are a review draft dated 9 October 2026 and have not taken effect. The final version will identify its effective date and be made available before acceptance.
Contact: lumajomia7@gmail.com · +237 673 014 202. Superup is a marketplace connecting buyers, sellers and delivery providers. The identity of the seller and the details of each purchase should be shown before an order is placed. These terms do not remove rights that apply under Cameroonian law.
2. Accounts and use of the service
Provide accurate account and delivery information, keep login details secure, and report suspected misuse. Do not impersonate another person, misuse payment requests, interfere with the service, or list unlawful or prohibited goods. Seller and courier workspaces require approval.
Eligibility, minimum age and any seller verification requirements must be confirmed in the final terms before launch.
3. Products, sellers and orders
Product descriptions, stock and prices are supplied by sellers. Check the product, seller, quantity, delivery destination and total before ordering. Illustrative or sample products are not available for purchase. Product translations may contain errors; contact support if a material detail is unclear.
The final terms must explain who contracts with the buyer, when an order is accepted, and the respective responsibilities of Superup, the seller and the delivery provider. Seller service agreements should cover commissions, subscriptions, fulfilment and payouts separately.
4. Prices and delivery
Amounts are displayed in FCFA/XAF. Applicable delivery charges and other charges must be disclosed before order confirmation. Service coverage and delivery estimates depend on the destination and operational availability; current delivery configuration is limited to Buea, South West.
Provide a usable address, recipient contact and any helpful landmark. Delivery issues can be reported through the order or Contact support in My account. No guaranteed delivery time is promised in this draft.
5. Wallet and Mobile Money payments
Order checkout uses the available balance of the Superup buyer wallet. Fapshi processes Mobile Money top-up requests. Customers authorise payments through their operator; Superup does not request a Mobile Money PIN. A top-up becomes spendable only after a matching live payment has been verified.
Sandbox payments are tests and never create spendable credit. Do not start another payment while a previous request is unconfirmed. A bank or operator debit without an updated app result should be reported with the transaction reference, never a PIN.
Buyer withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid manually; the requested amount is reserved until paid or rejected. The final terms must confirm processing times, fees, wallet limits, treatment of unused balances, and the legal arrangements for holding customer funds. This draft does not describe Superup as a bank or claim regulatory approval.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
The app currently allows buyers to cancel eligible orders before preparation begins, with wallet payments refunded to the wallet. Other issues, including missing, wrong, damaged or unsuitable goods, must be raised with support for review.
See the Returns and refunds draft. A wallet refund and a Mobile Money payout are different operations. The final policy must explain refund methods, deadlines, exclusions that are legally permitted, and responsibilities for delivery or return costs.
7. Content and marketplace conduct
Only upload content you are entitled to use. Product listings must be accurate and lawful. Do not include unnecessary personal information in product descriptions or delivery proof photos. Superup may need to restrict abusive, fraudulent or unsafe activity, subject to applicable law and an appropriate review process.
Final seller and courier agreements must define permissions for using listing content, moderation procedures and settlement of outstanding orders or balances if access ends.
8. Service issues, disputes and changes
Contact support first with your order or payment reference so an issue can be investigated. These terms are intended for a service operating in Cameroon, with applicable Cameroonian law governing the final agreement. Any dispute provisions and liability clauses must be reviewed without excluding mandatory consumer rights.
Material changes will need clear notice and an updated effective date. Any required acceptance must be implemented before the final terms are presented as binding.
